EVENT DETAILS Location: Wright City, Missouri Auction ends: Monday, December 8, 2025, beginning at 6:45 PM Preview: By appointment AUCTION HIGHLIGHTS Highlights include three 40FT high cube multi-door containers and multiple mini excavators. You also see mini walk behind skid loaders, skid steer attachments, and ground pads. Automotive shop gear, iron fencing, carports, golf carts, and electric tricycles round things out. BUYER’S PREMIUM AND CASH SAVINGS Buyer’s premium: 16% added to the high bid. Invoices first reflect the standard purchase price. A 4% price reduction applies with cash, check, ACH, or wire payment. That reduction is applied to the invoice total at payment. SALES TAX Missouri sales tax: 9% on new items only. Farm and Retail can register with form on website for tax exempt status.  PAYMENT LIMITS AND METHODS Credit cards accepted on invoices up to 2,500 dollars. Any invoice over 2,500 dollars requires a cashier’s check or wire transfer. Buyer covers any wire transfer fees. PAYMENT AND PICKUP DEADLINE All items must be paid for and picked up by Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Pickup details appear with the online catalog and invoice information. LOADING AND TRANSPORT No onsite loading help for containers. Transporter contact information is available on request. A skid steer is onsite to help with smaller items where practical. CONDITION AND INSPECTION All items sell AS-IS with no warranties. Buyers should complete a full maintenance check after removal. Check fluid levels, bolt and hose tightness, and overall operation before use. Descriptions come from the seller, so review photos and notes closely.
