Staggered soft close

If a bid is placed in the final moments of a lot closing, the closing time will automatically extend.
The extension rules change depending on the time of evening:

• From 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Any bid placed in the final 3 minutes of an item closing extends the clock by 2 minutes
• From 8:00 PM to 8:45 PM
  • Any bid placed in the final 2.5 minutes  of an item extends the clock by 1.5 minutes.
• From 8:30 PM Onwards
  • Any bid placed in the final 90 seconds of an item extends the clock by 75 seconds

Key Bidding Info

No Limit on Extensions: Bidding will continue until a full extension period passes without any new bids.
Increments: Standard bid increments apply at all times.
